Description

Lead programming activities and project delivery within an agile SDLC framework to meet business requirements. Manage team schedules, workloads, and delivery metrics to ensure on-time performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programming projects, managing team capacity, estimates, and delivery metrics.
• Design, document, and review functional and system specifications while ensuring work remains within defined scope.
• Perform full-lifecycle development including analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, test-driven development, and DoIT coding standards.
• Groom and refine application backlogs and oversee production problem resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in APEX, VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs for system integration with legacy and external systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.
• Ability to implement test-driven development and follow "no code, low code, custom" principles.
• Knowledge of data management and protecting PHI/PII/PCI data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing personnel management, guidance, and technical assistance to Application Team members.
• Experience managing the application backlog.
