Description

You will develop customized solutions on the Force.com platform to support business requirements and scaling needs.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions on the SFDC platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Web Services.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud applications within a cross-functional Scrum team.
• Perform technical analysis, design, and level-of-effort estimation for new applications and integrations.
• Troubleshoot defects for planned releases and resolve production issues.
• Manage SFDC systems maintenance, environment refreshes, and data integration duties.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator and/or developer.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Administrator, and App Builder certifications.
• Extensive experience with Apex Classes/Controllers and Apex Triggers.
• Proficiency in Visualforce, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata).
• Experience using Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, or Eclipse Force.com IDE.
• Strong understanding of relational databases including MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of third-party integration tools and ETL processes with Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
