You will lead Salesforce development initiatives and guide technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.
• Design and develop solutions using LWC, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Build and optimize Salesforce CRM functionality across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years in a Lead or Senior Salesforce Developer role.
• Strong expertise in LWC, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Test Classes.
• Solid experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Proficiency in Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, Governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
