Description

You will lead Salesforce development initiatives, define architecture, and guide technical teams across Sales and Service Cloud implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices for Salesforce solutions.
• Design and develop scalable features using LWC, Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Implement integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize CRM functionality, security models, and performance within Governor limits.
• Lead data modeling efforts and support Agile development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years in a Lead or Senior Salesforce Developer role.
• Strong expertise in LWC, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Test Classes.
• Solid experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Proficiency in Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, Governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex data modeling and migration strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
