Description

Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for engineering and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions across Service, Sales, Marketing, and Financial Service Clouds. You will build custom integrations, optimize data processing pipelines, and lead full-cycle development using modern Salesforce tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, CSS, and JavaScript on the Salesforce platform.
• Design and implement system integrations via SOAP and REST APIs to connect Salesforce with internal legacy systems and external services.
• Build and maintain B2B/B2C e-commerce features, including Product Information, Content Management, and Order Management modules.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle using Salesforce DX, including scratch org creation, package management, and CI/CD deployment.
• Configure and customize standard objects (Accounts, Contacts, Cases) and implement complex Case Management functionality to support live agents.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com Administration and Development.
• Deep expertise in Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs) and testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in Visualforce, JavaScript, and CSS for UI customization.
• Experience with SOQL and SOSL for data retrieval and reporting.
• Strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email/SMS).
• Experience with Financial Service Cloud and Vlocity OmniScripts.
• Proven track record in Agile environments, including sprint planning and daily scrums.
• Expertise in SOAP and REST web services for system integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Force.com IDE, Change Sets, and Sandbox management.
• Background in retail or B2B e-commerce industry implementations.
