Description

You will design and develop solutions on the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business strategy and technical requirements to evaluate solution alternatives using CRM product features.
• Design and develop functionality on the Salesforce platform, ensuring resiliency, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to gather requirements, write user stories, and provide technical analysis and estimates.
• Implement Salesforce development best practices following internal standards and guidelines.
• Support DevOps development and process efficiencies.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience delivering large-scale Salesforce projects involving configuration, customization, and development.
• Hands-on experience with the Lightning platform, including Apex coding and Lightning Web Components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Proficiency with the Salesforce Data Model and APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using MuleSoft, REST APIs, and event-based integration patterns.
• Technical background in web development technologies including Java, C#, HTML, XML, JSP, and JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps tools and processes for Salesforce deployments.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and technical estimation techniques.
