Description

You will lead the migration of legacy Visualforce pages to modern Lightning Web Components while building scalable technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle for migrating Visualforce pages to LWC, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Write high-quality, maintainable Apex code and ensure comprehensive test classes and documentation are in place.
• Perform system and regression testing to troubleshoot and resolve bugs.
• Propose and implement solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and present progress to C-level stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience with significant hands-on Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex development, including advanced triggers, classes, batch processes, and managing governor limits.
• Extensive experience designing and deploying Lightning Web Components (LWC) with event handling and data binding.
• Strong proficiency in Visualforce for managing legacy application migrations.
• In-depth experience implementing complex Salesforce Flows and sub-flows.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce integration options with external systems.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, data models, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, or Administrator.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and writing technical design documents.
