Description

You will build and maintain Salesforce applications using the OmniStudio platform, overseeing the full development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Manage end-to-end DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipeline configuration and deployment automation.
• Review technical deliverables, resolve defects, and ensure system stability.
• Analyze existing systems to identify improvement areas and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for team reference.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex and asynchronous Apex.
• Expertise in REST and SOAP API integration via OmniStudio Integration Procedures.
• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Ability to apply system hardening and configuration management best practices.
