Description

Design and implement advanced configurations on the Salesforce Customer 360 platform, with a primary focus on Field Service.

You will own the technical architecture and delivery of highly customized Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design customized Salesforce solutions, including creating technical documentation.
• Lead client discovery sessions to map business processes, define user stories, and create wireframes.
• Manage end-of-sprint demos and oversee tailor-made training sessions to drive user adoption.
• Mentor and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants within your pod.
• Provide technical engineering support for sales efforts and participate in integration planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions in consulting or end-user environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• At least 2 Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Field Service Consultant.
• Expertise in Salesforce declarative configuration tools, specifically Flow Builder.
• Ability to drive executive-level discussions regarding business requirements and technical design.
• Experience generating functional documentation for both technical teams and clients.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce CPQ experience.
• Salesforce Field Service Professional Accreditation.
