Description

You will design, develop, and customize solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for banking and wealth management use cases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to implement business logic.
• Configure FSC features including Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, and Relationship Management.
• Build and maintain integrations with core banking, KYC/AML, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement business automation using Flows, Approval Processes, and validation rules while ensuring data security and compliance.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, unit testing, and production support in collaboration with architects and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform, including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Metadata.
• Proven experience implementing Financial Services Cloud in banking, insurance, or wealth management programs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data governance, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
• Experience with API integrations and middleware tools, with MuleSoft preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of AML compliance requirements within financial services.
