Description

Design, develop, and customize solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for banking and wealth management use cases. This role owns the technical implementation of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations while ensuring compliance and data security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend platform capabilities.
• Configure Financial Services Cloud features including Person Accounts, Households, Action Plans, and Relationship Management.
• Implement business automation using Flows, Approval Processes, and validation rules.
• Build and maintain integrations with core banking, KYC/AML, and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, unit testing, and production maintenance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform: Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Metadata.
• Proven experience implementing Financial Services Cloud in banking, insurance, or wealth management.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data governance.
• Experience with API integrations and middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
