Description

Design and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Service Cloud and Auto Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement Service Cloud features including Case Management, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
• Own technical product features through all stages of the SDLC.
• Create technical documentation including system requirements, design specifications, and deployment plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Developer tools and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Auto Cloud.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC.
• Ability to develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience creating custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and process automation.
• Knowledge of data privacy compliance and security implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
