Description

Design, configure, and integrate Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds. You will own the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and determine deployment strategies.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications using out-of-the-box features and the Force.com platform.
• Develop VisualForce and Lightning Web Components to meet specific business needs.
• Design UI/UX for Salesforce Communities and configure self-registration workflows.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and maintain existing software products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform and cloud offerings, including Communities.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integration techniques.
• Ability to configure Contact Center capabilities such as Omnichannel and skill-based routing.
• Experience in UI/UX design for Salesforce applications.
• Strong documentation skills for technical specifications and project artifacts.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce platform certification.
• Experience with SuccessKPI.
