You will design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and determine deployment strategies.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications using out-of-the-box features and the Force.com platform.
• Build integrations using REST and SOAP techniques to connect Salesforce with external applications.
• Develop VisualForce and Lightning Web Components while designing UI/UX for communities.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, maintain existing software, and document technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform and cloud offerings, including Communities.
• Hands-on experience with VisualForce and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP integration patterns.
• Experience configuring Contact Center capabilities such as Omni-channel and skill-based routing.
• Strong UI/UX design skills for Salesforce applications.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting deployment processes.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce platform certification.
