Description

You will build and maintain Salesforce applications following clean code standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using best practices.
• Implement and optimize Service Cloud and Omni-Channel features for customer service efficiency.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP, REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams on delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, deployment planning, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven experience with Service Cloud and Omni-Channel.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, and Metadata).
• Proficiency with REST and Metadata APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Any Graduate education.
