You will design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement efficient, end-to-end business processes.
• Drive bi-weekly release cycles, ensuring high-quality deliverables and quick turnaround on enhancements and fixes.
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical design sessions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and custom metadata types.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with bi-weekly sprint cycles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Platform Events, and REST/SOAP.
• Proven experience in enterprise-level projects requiring 10+ years of overall IT experience.
