Description

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform services. Own the full development lifecycle from technical design and user story elaboration to implementation, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Platform Events.
• Drive technical analysis, design, and implementation of low-level and high-level architecture.
• Champion modular design, code reuse, separation of concerns, and high cohesion with loose coupling.
• Ensure high code quality through comprehensive unit tests and on-time delivery of features.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with onshore and offshore engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Platform Events, OAuth, and Asynchronous Apex.
• Experience with Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• Ability to lead pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities.
• Knowledge of object-oriented principles and enterprise application patterns.
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java or other object-oriented enterprise applications.
• Proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CRM solutions.
