Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. You will build scalable business logic, manage data models, and integrate external systems via REST and SOAP APIs while ensuring platform security and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components following Salesforce best practices.
• Implement declarative automation using Flows, validation rules, and workflow rules to support complex business processes.
• Design and manage data models, including custom objects, relationships, and data governance standards.
• Develop secure integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and OAuth.
• Manage releases using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines while optimizing SOQL/SOQL query efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Apex programming, triggers, batch processing, and asynchronous patterns.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Lightning framework.
• Proven experience configuring Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, including objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, event-based) and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Proficiency in data migration and bulk data operations using Data Loader and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git version control, and CI/CD deployment models.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and participating in architecture reviews.
