Description

You will lead the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce instances through technical analysis and architectural improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize Salesforce instances by reviewing development, configuration, and code performance.
• Refactor existing code and translate custom logic into native Salesforce functionality to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot CPU Time limit issues and provide technical recommendations for resolution.
• Reverse engineer code to enhance performance while maintaining existing functionality.
• Analyze complex technical problems to provide short-term fixes and long-term architectural roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience developing directly on the Salesforce platform.
• Expertise in Apex and Visualforce development, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Governor limits and limit-informed development.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented coding standards and Design Patterns.
• Proven ability to refactor code and develop reusable functions and objects.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting customizations to determine root causes.
• Ability to design systems that span multiple technologies and platforms.
• Technical proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Salesforce Platform Developer and Platform App Builder certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating complex business problems to architect technical solutions.
