Description

Act as a functional consultant and Service Cloud expert to deliver technical solutions. You will own the end-to-end implementation of Service Cloud strategies and specific functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce modules. Your work will support regulated Software Life Cycle (SLC) quality and validation processes while managing client-facing communications and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and map them to effective Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and implement Service Cloud strategies and specific functionalities.
• Integrate Service Cloud seamlessly with other Salesforce modules.
• Support regulated Software Life Cycle (SLC) quality and validation processes.
• Manage client-facing communications and project coordination.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience in Salesforce.
• 6+ years of dedicated experience focusing on Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Service Cloud implementation and strategy.
• Proficiency in integrating various Salesforce modules.
• Experience working within regulated Software Life Cycle (SLC) environments.
• Strong functional consulting and requirement mapping abilities.
• Ability to manage direct client-facing responsibilities.

Preferred Skills
