Description

You will own the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce programs, including data migrations, system integrations, and custom development.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical architecture for multi-platform solutions, covering integration and authentication.
• Define and manage technical change management and CI/CD release processes.
• Participate in vendor solution design sessions to guide extensions, data conversion, and application integration.
• Provide technical leadership by coaching teams and establishing best practices for deployment and testing.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to security guidelines and quality assurance standards throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Strong working experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Force.com, .Net, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Batch Apex and Schedule Apex development.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce capabilities, constraints, and architecture.
• Knowledge of web services and technologies for transporting enterprise data.
• Experience with relational database concepts, structures, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of system analysis, design methods, and CI/CD/Release Management.

Preferred Skills

• Competency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and PowerBI.
