Description

Deliver technical solutions as a functional consultant and Service Cloud expert, owning end-to-end implementation and integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and map them to effective Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and implement Service Cloud strategies and specific functionalities.
• Integrate Service Cloud seamlessly with other Salesforce modules.
• Support regulated Software Life Cycle (SLC) quality and validation processes.
• Manage client-facing communications and project coordination.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience in Salesforce.
• 6+ years of dedicated experience focusing on Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Service Cloud implementation and strategy.
• Proficiency in integrating various Salesforce modules.
• Experience working within regulated Software Life Cycle (SLC) environments.
• Strong functional consulting and requirement mapping abilities.
• Ability to manage direct client-facing responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated industries requiring strict validation protocols.
