Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to optimize sales and customer service processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications using custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Write and optimize Apex code, including triggers, classes, and test methods, to implement custom business logic.
• Build and maintain user interfaces using Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Automate business processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware, including CTI integrations for telephony.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex programming (triggers, classes, and test methods).
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Expertise in declarative automation tools including Flow and Process Builder.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Ability to manage complex reports and dashboards.
• Configure case management features including queues, assignment rules, escalation rules, and Omni-Channel routing.
• Troubleshoot system errors and data discrepancies using Salesforce Debug Logs and Apex Test Execution.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
• Experience with CTI systems and telephony integrations.
