You design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating platform capabilities with business objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and customize Salesforce Government Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Develop complex automations using Process Builder, Flow, Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes to streamline business operations.
• Build and maintain integrations with external applications (e.g., ERP) via REST/SOAP APIs, oAuth, and SSO, collaborating with internal integration teams.
• Configure CRM Analytics (CRMA) dashboards, manage data recipes, and perform data migrations using Data Loader.
• Write and maintain scalable Apex code, triggers, and batch classes only when configuration options are insufficient, adhering to strict coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Scheduled/Batch classes, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud Plus and Sales Cloud customization.
• Proficiency in building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git/Github) for version control and deployment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end customizations.
• Familiarity with Jira for project tracking and issue management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with CRM Analytics (Tableau/Einstein) and DocuSign CLM implementation.
• Experience with Salesforce data backup and recovery tools.
