Description

You will design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications while leading development projects and troubleshooting production issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing systems.
• Lead development projects by assigning and checking the work of other developers.
• Coordinate the integration of new products based on specific client requirements.
• Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
• Perform feasibility analysis for potential future projects and recommend software packages.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Platform developer.
• Proficiency in Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce Security Models and Native development.
• Working knowledge of MySQL.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for production software problems.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Developer Certification.
• 11-15 years of BA experience.
