Description

You will design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, translating architectural designs into scalable, maintainable code and configuration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build standard configurations first, then design Flows, using Apex and LWC when necessary.
• Develop for Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud portals.
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Named Credentials with proper logging and retries.
• Ensure code quality with bulkified Apex, 85%+ test coverage, peer reviews, and performance optimization.
• Support DevOps workflows using SFDX, Unlocked Packages, and CI/CD to maintain environment parity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Flow, Apex, and LWC.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, error handling, and monitoring.
• Source-driven development using Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and Scratch Orgs.
• Required certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II.

Preferred Skills

• JavaScript Developer I, Experience Cloud Consultant, or FSC Accredited Professional certifications.
• Experience with Agile ceremonies and technical estimation.
