Description

Own the development and integration of Salesforce CRM solutions, including large-scale implementations and system integrations using APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex programming.
• Implement system integrations and manage API connections for data flow.
• Apply DevOps practices and utilize Jenkins for deployment and release management.
• Collaborate directly with business partners to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of CRM development experience (or 4 years with a master’s degree).
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex triggers.
• Experience with Salesforce core platform features and large-scale implementations.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and system integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Valid Salesforce certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
