Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to support business requirements and improve platform performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Components.
• Customize the Salesforce platform including workflows, flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and custom objects.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to customize workflows, flows, and permission sets.
• Understanding of Salesforce governance and development standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with middleware and ETL tools.
