Description

You will design and oversee the implementation of solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring technical alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external vendors, business delivery leads, and customers to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Review and challenge technical estimations provided by third-party development teams.
• Deconstruct complex requirements into manageable components and approve proposed technical solutions.
• Evaluate whether business processes should be addressed via out-of-the-box functionality or custom development.
• Audit automation, reports, dashboards, and custom components developed by external teams to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of application development specifically on the Salesforce platform.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models.
• Hands-on experience with declarative, low-code/no-code technologies including Flow Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning App Builder.
• Knowledge of high-level functionalities across various Salesforce products and clouds.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional communication skills for requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different domains.
