Lead technical migrations from Salesforce to Java-based architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical migrations from Salesforce to Java environments.
• Develop and maintain code across Salesforce and Java ecosystems.
• Manage integration workflows within AWS.
• Ensure system stability during complex platform transitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Direct experience with Java Migration engineering.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Apex.
• Strong development background in Java and Spring frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Must be a local candidate based in Richmond, VA.
• Must hold valid work authorization (no H1B, OPT, or CPT).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
