Description

You will develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, specializing in Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Voice Cloud solutions.
• Implement and manage Salesforce analytics and complex flow configurations.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications like Boomi, SAP, PowerBI, and Workday.
• Manage queues, email-to-case functionality, and complex routing scenarios.
• Build new applications, handling territory management and bulk data changes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Service Cloud Voice and Service Cloud configuration.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience integrating with systems such as SAP, PowerBI, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage complex flow configurations and analytics within Salesforce.
• Experience executing bulk data changes and managing territory structures.
• Familiarity with project tracking using JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
