Description

Lead technical implementation and foundation of new Salesforce environments, translating business needs into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce implementation tasks by collaborating with customer management, SMEs, and IT personnel.
• Code and configure integrations between Salesforce and custom applications using middleware or APIs.
• Manage the full product development life cycle, including unit testing, test case creation, and execution.
• Establish and maintain implementation standards and provide technical leadership for projects.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including laying foundations for new implementations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Component Framework, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud projects.
• Hands-on experience with Change Sets, CI/CD, and source control management using Metadata, ANT, or Git.
• Experience with custom integrations or middleware such as MuleSoft or Cast Iron.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology and iterative development.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications: PD1, PD2, Admin (ADM-201), Experience Cloud Consultant, or JavaScript Developer I.
