Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and story grooming sessions to define scope.
• Document as-is and to-be process flows to clarify business logic.
• Design and architect technical solutions for complex SVMX implementations.
• Oversee vendor builds and manage test script creation and execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development or architecture experience.
• ServiceMax Certification required.
• Extensive hands-on experience with large-scale SVMX deployments.
• Proven ability to lead technical architecture and solution design.
• Experience creating detailed process flow documentation.
• Experience managing vendor build oversight and QA testing.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
