Description

Design, implement, and maintain technical solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize case management systems with entitlement processes and tracking.
• Manage and enhance user-facing Experience Cloud sites.
• Develop using the Lightning Framework, including components, events, and the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Implement and manage continuous integration, automation, and deployment processes.
• Perform technical analysis and implementation via Force.com, Visualforce, and Apex.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, and batch Apex.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Ability to build solutions using Force.com and Lightning.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java or Python.
• Background in technical analysis and implementation.
