Develop customized Salesforce solutions to support business requirements and drive decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions using Force.com, Visualforce, Apex, and Web Services/APIs.
• Perform technical analysis, design, and effort estimation for application implementations.
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications within a Scrum team.
• Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues.
• Manage SFDC systems maintenance, environment refreshes, and data integration.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience on the Salesforce.com platform as an administrator and/or developer.
• Development experience with Visualforce, Apex Classes/Controllers, and Apex Triggers.
• Proficiency with Web Services and Salesforce APIs including REST, SOAP, Metadata, and XML.
• Experience with HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, or Eclipse Force.com IDE.
• Strong understanding of relational databases including MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of integrations, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience in a test-driven, formal QA development environment with deployment cycles.
• Demonstrated success implementing at least two full life cycle SFDC implementations.
