Description

Manage the end-to-end Salesforce environment, covering administrative maintenance and technical development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute administrative functions including user provisioning, account maintenance, page layouts, flows, custom objects, and validation rules.
• Manage system security, visibility settings, sandboxes, and deployments using Gearset.
• Maintain data integrity through data loads, duplicate management, and cleaning unused fields, reports, or dashboards.
• Build and optimize business processes by gathering user feedback and developing application requirements.
• Support staff training on system functionality and manage system changes to ensure zero user interruption.

Required Skills

• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce/Apex, and Unit Test Development.
• Experience with object-oriented approaches for designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs.
• Technical experience with JSON and XML.
• Ability to assist in the development of Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented databases and systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
• Experience with backend data integration using HTTP and Web Services.
