Lead technical design and development for the Salesforce platform, focusing on scalable architecture and automated business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design and strategy for Sales Cloud, ensuring scalable schema design and governed automation via Flow Builder.
• Spearhead deployment of Agentforce solutions using Agent Builder and Prompt Builder for autonomous business processes.
• Develop high-performance, reusable components using LWC, Apex, and Aura while adhering to SLDS standards.
• Design and manage secure REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware layers for enterprise data synchronization.
• Oversee the development lifecycle using SFDX and CI/CD practices to ensure code quality and automated testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years experience in a Lead or Architect role.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow, Batch Apex, and SOQL.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Data modeling, Security, and Approval processes.
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and Visual Force.
• Experience using version control software like Bitbucket.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and API integration patterns.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
