Description

You will provide technical oversight for all new and existing SaaS implementations, focusing on Salesforce CRM integrations and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design sessions to provide guidance on extensions, data conversion, environment provisioning, and application integration.
• Define technical requirements by working with customers and end users to ensure alignment with long-term strategy and performance goals.
• Own end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migrations, system integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom development.
• Review technical architecture deliverables to ensure quality, security compliance, and requirements traceability.
• Mentor and coach team members on best practices for integration, application development, deployment, and testing.
• Manage technical change and release processes, including CI/CD and release management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Development and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in APEX, Force.com, and Batch/Schedule Apex development.
• Advanced structured programming skills in .Net, Java, or C#.
• Deep understanding of relational database concepts, structures, and SQL.
• Experience with web services and data transport technologies for enterprise environments.
• Ability to design and document architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including authentication and integration.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerBI and the .Net framework.
• Knowledge of SaaS CRM and Application Architecture.
