Lead technical design and implementation for Salesforce SaaS solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design sessions for extensions, data conversion, and application integration.
• Define technical requirements and present architecture options with clear trade-offs.
• Own end-to-end technical aspects including data migrations and custom development.
• Establish development guidelines, standards, and CI/CD release management processes.
• Review architecture deliverables for quality, traceability, and security compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation and architecture roles.
• Expertise in Salesforce.com, specifically Service Cloud.
• Strong programming foundation in Apex, Force.com, .Net, and Java.
• Proven experience with Batch Apex and Schedule Apex development.
• Deep understanding of relational database concepts and system analysis.
• Experience with web services and data transport technologies in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of data migrations and third-party application integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage technical change management and release processes.
