Provide technical oversight for SaaS implementations, focusing on Salesforce integrations and solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design sessions, guiding extensions, data conversion, and application integration.
• Define technical requirements for new projects and enhancements by collaborating directly with customers.
• Propose architectural options, evaluating trade-offs to align with long-term client strategy.
• Establish development guidelines, standards, and best practices for integration, deployment, and testing.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching, mentoring, and overseeing QA efforts for quality and security.

Required Skills

• 8+ years leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation and administration.
• Salesforce Certified Developer and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications.
• Proven experience with SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Direct experience with Azure DevOps and best practices.
• Minimum two full lifecycle CRM or ERP implementations leading technical workstreams.
• Proficiency with SFDX, C#, SQL, and PowerBI.
• Experience with SUMO Scheduler and Salesforce Mobile App Scanner.
• Knowledge of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and code deployment via Visual Studio Team Services.
• Understanding of governmental or public sector security and compliance requirements.
