Description

You will lead full-lifecycle development on the Salesforce platform, owning product releases and technical standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, code, test, and debug Salesforce applications, documenting all changes.
• Own the development and rollout of entire products or large-scale projects.
• Enforce coding standards and best practices across the development team.
• Write technical specifications and proactively identify project risks.
• Collaborate on Agile processes and CI/CD implementation.

Required Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce development: Apex, Aura, Lightning, and Visual Force.
• Strong full-stack experience within the Salesforce.com ecosystem.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST API, SOQL, and SOSL.
• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience with Agile and CI/CD methodologies.
• Familiarity with governor limits and API development best practices.
• Experience developing complex systems, ideally Loan Origination Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and solve complex technical problems.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
