You will design, build, and lead the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that align with CRM requirements and strategic business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops to propose architecture options and define technical requirements by collaborating with customers and end users.
• Establish internal development guidelines, standards, and best practices for integration, deployment, and testing.
• Review technical architecture deliverables to ensure quality, requirements traceability, and adherence to security guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching, mentoring, and oversight of QA efforts.
• Integrate Salesforce with cloud and on-premises applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, LWC, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Competency in no-code configurations including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWC.
• Knowledge of implementing authentication protocols such as OAuth for third-party integrations.
• Competency in core web technologies including jQuery and HTML5.

Preferred Skills

• Experience communicating strategic technical concepts at an executive level.
