Description

Lead technical execution and code quality within a Scrum environment, ensuring compliance with FCA standards and delivering high-value increments.

Responsibilities

  • Support deployments using DevOps tooling including code repositories and Jenkins.
  • Monitor code quality during reviews to ensure compliance with FCA standards.
  • Manage Sprint Backlog, Kanban boards, and Scrum ceremonies to meet the Definition of Done.
  • Execute test plans, validate code coverage, and review Apex test classes for valid business scenarios.
  • Oversee release readiness, implementation plans, and deployment rehearsals while participating in Release Control Boards.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture.
  • Proficiency in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong skills in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks.
  • Experience with Salesforce Classic.
  • Knowledge of DevOps processes and Jenkins usage.
  • Ability to implement changes following secure design principles.

Preferred Skills

  • Presentation skills for technical demonstrations.
  • Strong documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
