Description

Lead Salesforce implementations and drive technical architecture for complex enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce project implementation from technical design through deployment.
• Develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate external third-party systems with Salesforce using REST and SOAP web services.
• Build and maintain custom Lightning pages and manage data via Lightning Data Service.
• Configure specialized integrations including Avaya telephony, DocuSign, and Conga Composer.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce project implementation.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical lead capacity.
• Background working within a large global consulting environment.
• Minimum of 4-5 Salesforce certifications.
• Proficiency in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Scheduled, Tests, and Email Services).
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Process Builder, and Flow.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Deep technical understanding of SOAP and REST APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring Avaya Computer Telephony Integration.
• Experience with Conga Composer and DocuSign.
