Description

You will configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications while ensuring platform stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Apex classes, controllers, and triggers.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Write, optimize, and manage SOQL and SOSL queries for data retrieval.
• Manage data integrity, case management, knowledge bases, and reports.
• Support deployment, release management, and system troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and Administration.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Apex development and Salesforce Triggers.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Expertise in SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, and Force.com IDE.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, data management, and governance.
• Ability to design and execute test cases and validation scenarios.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
