Description

Lead the architectural direction and development of Salesforce solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Implement solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Ensure implementations meet enterprise reference architecture standards for security and performance.
• Own development outcomes in coordination with delivery leads and architects.
• Optimize the software development lifecycle by identifying and addressing inefficiencies.

Required Skills

• 10-12+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and the Salesforce Platform.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with complex Salesforce environments, preferably Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ReactJS.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
