Description

Lead technical delivery, architecture, and engineering for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementations across multiple government agencies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery, architecture, and engineering decisions for complex, multi-environment Salesforce projects.
• Design scalable, secure architectures for licensing, permitting, and inspection workflows using OmniStudio-first declarative solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and manage DevOps/release pipelines (SFDX, Vlocity CLI).
• Implement integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events) with external state systems and manage data migration strategies.
• Support UAT and production environments, including test coordination, incident triage, and user support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years Salesforce development experience with hands-on expertise in Salesforce PSS/Industries.
• 3+ years experience with OmniStudio and Vlocity.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and SFDX.
• Experience managing ETL processes for regulatory datasets.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for government stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with government programs, regulatory workflows, and Salesforce Shield.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and mobile/offline Salesforce development.
