Description

Lead one or more Salesforce engineering teams to deliver end-to-end platform solutions. You will manage the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance, ensuring compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions using industry standards.
• Oversee code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for all Salesforce applications.
• Mentor and coach team members while providing technical guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud/Case Management.
• Deep understanding of Fintech environments involving security, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience using VS Code, SFDX, and Git.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating via REST/SOAP.
