Oversee Salesforce engineering teams to deliver end-to-end platform solutions in Scottsdale, AZ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions using industry standards.
• Oversee code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting processes.
• Ensure all solutions comply with internal security, governance, and performance guidelines.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud/Case Management.
• Deep understanding of Fintech security, controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP web services.
• Technical familiarity with VS Code, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
