Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
Implement data access and business logic using SOQL and SOSL; ensure maintainable coding standards.
Develop and integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration development patterns.
Configure and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, including Lightning Experience behavior.
Own technical design, code reviews, and solution architecture; participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior developers.

Skills Required:

10-20 years of relevant Salesforce development and technical design experience.
Salesforce development with strong hands-on experience in Apex and Salesforce platform customization.
UI development using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
Query and integration development using SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration with Lightning Experience; Git-based development and CI/CD practices; Agile delivery experience.
